100 Day Burpee Challenge

In the spirit of turning over a new leaf, I’ve taken up the 100 Day Burpee Challenge. All hail pain.In this challenge, you do one rep on the first day, two on the second, fourty-two on day fourty-two, etc, until day 100 for a total of 5050 and an amazing ability to do that exercise. But it means some very real pain. Good times.
