Today’s Workout
Two rounds:
- 10 Pushups
- 10 45# overhead squats
- 10 situps
For Time:
- 26 steps of walking lunges
- 20 pullups (mixed grips)
- 20 box jumps
- 23 Dips
- 25 reps on the Roman Chair
- 25 back extensions
Unfortunately I didn’t have time to do more. All in all I spent about 25 minutes in the gym.
