Today’s Workout

Two rounds:

  • 10 Pushups
  • 10 45# overhead squats
  • 10 situps

For Time:

  • 26 steps of walking lunges
  • 20 pullups (mixed grips)
  • 20 box jumps
  • 23 Dips
  • 25 reps on the Roman Chair
  • 25 back extensions

Unfortunately I didn’t have time to do more. All in all I spent about 25 minutes in the gym.
